Are you in need of someone to talk to in a safe, supportive and confidential environment? I can offer a space to be heard in a relationship that is warm, empathic and non- judgemental.
Whether you are feeling stressed, anxious or depressed or going through your own personal issues or challenges?
Perhaps a sense you are never heard or indeed listened to or truly understood? Maybe you feel something is not quite right but you cannot put your finger on it?
Please get in touch, whatever might be going on in your world and we can discuss how counselling can help you.
